Bloggers have paid attention to obvious blatant errors in the statistics posted on the website of the Central Elections Commission. As a result, experts from the CEC simply corrected the voting results retroactively.

The detailed statistics on the preliminary results of voting in Belarus is promulgated on the CEC website in less than 24 hours after polling stations’ closure: the total number of voters in all regions of the country, the number of those who had cast their votes, the turnout per cent, votes for each of the candidates (in figures and per cents), as well as the number of those who had given a vote for “none of the above”. After adding up per cents, the sum is a little less than 100 – 99.6, 99.3, 99.7. The difference is due to spoiled bulletins, “Belorusskiy partizan” writes.

As written by a blogger Kireev on livejournal.com, for example, in Maskouski district of Brest there were no invalid bulletins at all. But after the publications of bloggers and attention from the media, miraculous changes took place. 1,274 invalid bulletins emerged immediately. And the number of votes in the “none of the above” field shrank from 10,543 to 9,253.

“They took the rest from the total number of participants of the vote, which was equal to 129,045, and then it became 12,029. Well, in Minsk region there were no invalid ballot papers at all. And now they have formidable 20% of invalid ballots. To put it mildly, it is not many for such a vast district, where 130,000 persons have taken part in the elections! And 6,815 voters were for “none of the above”, and now there are 6,795 of them: 20 votes have been subtracted,” the blogger writes.

By the way, in Maladzechna district they decided to establish a record: they have written at an instant 1,681 invalid ballots instead of a zero. And subtracted the same number from the field “none of the above”.

The same rigging is observed in many electoral precincts all over the country.

For example, out of 83,236 persons who voted in Savetski district of Minsk, none had been able to spoil his ballot paper. It is an absolute mystery how it could be possible.

However, in the afternoon on October 13 spoiled bulletins still emerge in Savetski district, and there are 751 of them. They were taken from “none of the above” field. There were 18,364 votes there on October 13 in the morning, and now there are 17,608 voters. It is 756 less. 3 more votes were taken from Haidukevich, 5 votes were added to Karatkevich, 7 votes were added to Lukashenka, and 3 votes were added to Ulakhovich. The number of persons, who had taken part in the voting, has changed from 83,236 to 83,243. That is, it has grown by 7. All the numbers have added up.
