Pierre Richard: I Doubt If I Could Mow Grass With Lukashenka Like Depardieu

French actor Pierre Richard arrived in Belarus with his one-man show “Pierre Richard III.”

Before Minsk performance, he held a press conference. Media representatives asked the actor if he would be able to mow the grass together with Aliaksandr Lukashenka, as his colleague Gerard Depardieu, freesmi.by writes.

“As a child I used to mow the grass, but that was long ago. And they would almost immediately take the scythe away from me, because it was dangerous. I do not know if I am able to mow right now”, – Richard joked.

The actor also said he was not against taking part in a joint production French-Belarusian film: “I'd love the shooting to take place in the forests and villages. And my character to be a Frenchman lost in Belarusian forests.”
