The situation with debts of the companies owned by businessman Yury Averjanau is gathering speed.

Last week, the Economic Court of Minsk accepted the statement of VTB Bank (Belarus) about the bankruptcy of the company Rostem, whose main owner is Yury Averjanau. It seems that the same disaster might overtake another key asset of the businessman – JSC “Tarhovy Mir –“Kal’tso,” consisting of the automotive and construction markets and shopping centers in the capital district Malinauka.

According to the available information, one of the largest creditors of the company Verso M (Russian Federation), owned by Averjanau, filed for bankruptcy of JSC “Tarhovy Mir –“Kal’tso.” Consideration of the application will take place on April 7.

“It’s true that the Economic Court of Minsk region is to consider the application and the initiation of JSC “Tarhovy Mir –“Kal’tso” bankruptcy proceedings on April 7, –the representative of the creditor, lawyer of REVERA company Andrey Shcheglov told tut.by. – The debts of the organization are estimated at tens of millions of dollars.”

In addition to Verso M, two major Belarusian banks are among the creditors of JSC “Tarhovy Mir –“Kal’tso.” According to the information available to the journalists, they are Belagroprombank and BPS-Sberbank. The company is also indebted to the inspection of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus in Minsk region. As well as Rostem, JSC “Tarhovy Mir –“Kal’tso” has been in the list of organizations, having debts on payments to the budget.

Previously, the site charter97.org reported that businessman Averjanau is possibly hiding from creditors in Europe.
