A few months before the New Year the list of agricultural organizations not able to pay to the budget has increased.

Several earlier advanced companies owned by foreign investors turned to be in the list.

Within almost a year Smalevichy company Schtots Agroservis (Belarus-Germany cooperation) regularly finds itself in "black lists" of tax inspectors. In 2000 German businessmen Lorenz-Peter Schtots and Waltraud Schustak acquired collective farms "Lenin Way" and "Pekalin" in Smalyavichy district and through German das Ordnung tried to build up a profitable business.

It specializes in production of grain, meat and milk production farm, grows colza. However, since 2015 Schtots-Agroservis has turned out to be blacklisted, and this is not just because technical problems. By the way, in 2003 Germans became owners of other farm in Orsha district, which had created Schtots-Agroservis Mitkovshchina Company.

Another deadbeat in this category is a foreign enterprise Naliboki-Neman. Bulgarian businessman Enev Emil Marinov tried to run the business in Belarus. Naliboki-Neman specializes in meat and milk production, the production of grains and grain legumes and potato.

As of December 1, 2016 BelAgrokultura, Bytsen village in the Ivatsevichy district turns to be a debtor. In 2009 it was established by Italians from AgroBel Company. In Belarus BelAgrokultura is trying to develop Italian technologies in production of meat and milk, grain and seeds cultivation of perennial grasses.

At the end of this October the government approved lists of enterprises subject to pre-trial rehabilitation, as well as those business entities, which were subject bankruptcy. In total, more than 400 agricultural organizations were in both lists.323 agricultural organizations are subject to pre-trial rehabilitation, 102 face the bankruptcy procedure.
