"Optimists" Live off People

Belarusian bureaucrats never fail to amaze us with "positive" attitude to life.

What could be positive in miserable salaries of health worker? But Natallia Kachanava, Deputy Prime Minister, manages to explain such reasons: "If a person decides to study at a complex university, it means he has decided to work for good."

Kachanava's utterance on salaries of young coaches turned to be even more peculiar. They must make through draft to get a salary...of Br1.3 million. Ok, we should have the best staff for such an "easy" job!

It seems like there is a contest "Tell the better lies" among bureaucrats.

Here is Andrei Sharets with his optimistic statement about regular price increase for apartments. Do you feel like paying a lot? Oh, come on! You should pay much more. "We keep on the right track," Sharets summed up and explained: I pay Br458 000 for a three-room apartment.

Oh, if the mayor himself pays so much and advocates for the increase, let then young coaches with the salary of Br1.5 million pay as well. Such salaries cannot make savings to sell a three-room apartment. They may make you stay you with no home.

But, here Aliaksandr Kasinets to the rescue, he says that it is possible to live with no home, peaceful skies are much better! According to him, this year "is going to be tough", but it is not so bad, especially amid conflicts in the world.

It does not matter how hard it will be, there are always some optimists. Moreover, it is easy to be an optimist using all favours of the state.
