Directors Persecuted In the Regions

The Prosecutor's office opened a number of criminal cases against officials of the regions.

The Prosecutor's Office of Mahiliou region opened a criminal case under Part 3 Art. 426 of the Criminal Code (abuse of power) against the former director of the UCE Zhilkamhoz (Mahiliou), who is suspected of organizing the procurement of material assets at an inflated price. Thus, the company was caused damage in the amount of 57 thousand rubles.

The Mahiliou Prosecutor's Office opened a criminal case under Part. 4 Art. 210 of the Criminal Code (embezzlement through abuse of official authority) against the former chief accountant of the JSC Alemir, who is suspected of stealing more than $ 867 thousand rubles.

The prosecutor's office of Drybin district instituted a criminal case under Part 3 Art. 426 of the Criminal Code against the director of the Drybin UCE Zhilkamhoz, who is suspected of organizing the purchase of goods and materials at a higher cost, having caused damage amounting to more than 12 thousand rubles.

The prosecutor's office of Sharkaushchyna district instituted a criminal case under Part 3 Art. 426 of the Criminal Code against the director the UCE Haradets, who is suspected of organizing the purchase of goods and materials at a higher price, having caused the company damage of more than $ 60 thousand rubles.

The Prosecutor's Office of Rassony district initiated a criminal case under Part. 3 Art. 426 of the Criminal Code against the director of the unitary enterprise Rassony District Housing And Public Utilities, who is suspected of organizing the procurement of material assets at an inflated price. The amount of damage was 16 thousand rubles.

The Prosecutor's Office of Minsk region opened a criminal case under Part. 3 Art. 424 of the Criminal Code (abuse of power) against the Deputy Chairman of the Minsk regional executive committee, who, when working as chairman of the village executive committee, in cooperation with the leading expert of the executive committee land use service, unlawfully gave his sister a plot of land in private ownership, having caused damage to the state in the amount of more than $ 12,000.

The prosecutor's office of Molodechno district opened a criminal case under Part. 2 Art. 426 of the Criminal Code against the director of the branch Agricultural company Lebedzeva of the RUE Minskenerha and his son – the farm manager. The director is suspected of organizing the purchase of goods and materials at the farm at an inflated price. The damage to the branch amounted to more than 5 thousand rubles.

The Stolin District Prosecutor instituted criminal proceedings under Part. 4 Art. 211 of the Criminal Code (misappropriation of property) against the former marketer of the JSC Harynski KSM, who is suspected of embezzling goods, totaling to more than 41 thousand rubles.

These criminal cases have been sent by prosecutors to the corresponding departments of the Investigative Committee for organizing preliminary investigations.
