BNC Structures Created In Regions

Viktar Malachko was elected head of the democratic coalition in Salihorsk.

"According to the decisions of the constituent session of the Belarusian National Congress, which was held in Minsk on May 15 last year, the work on the creation of regional coalition of democratic forces is continued.

A meeting of representatives of the democratic institutions was held in Salihorsk region. Members of the BNC Council Uladzimir Niakliayeu, Viachaslau Siuchyk, Mikalai Statkevich addressed the meeting.

The meeting unanimously agreed to create a unified coalition of democratic forces in Slutsk-Salihorsk region. Viktar Malachko (UCP) was elected on an alternative basis head of the coalition, Oleh Philenia (Belarusian Social Democratic Party) was elected his deputy. After consideration and adoption of the protocol by the BNC Council, Malachkowill become its full member," – the politician wrote.
