Mikalai Charnavus: Decree On "Social Parasites" – Absolute Lawlessness Of State

An activist managed to collect almost 350 signatures for abolishing the unlawful decree in Baranavichy within 4 days.

Mikalai Charnavus (junior), an activist of the United Civil Party in Baranavichy, has started to gather signatures for abolishing Decree №3 – the tax on "social parasites".

"Even those working understand, that they have a job today, but tomorrow their contract may finish, and maybe it won't be extended, or they may simply be fired – and they will become unemployed and will appear to be in the same conditions as the today's "social parasites". I consider it to be an absolute lawlessness of the state and the regime," – Mikalai Charnavus said to Radio Racyja.

Mikalai Charnavus managed to collect 328 signatures over 4 days.
