There are so many people outraged with the decree that a riot might break out spontaneously.

The Decree is implemented and the "chain letters" from the tax office keep arriving. All this happens despite the outrage, indignation and calls to abolish the antihuman decree. Finally, Mikalai Charnavus (junior), an activist from Baranavichy, a member of United Civil Party, has taken matters into his own hands and started to collect signatures for abolishing the decree on "social parasites", Belsat informs.

He managed to collect 328 signatures. Although, there are much more people outraged with the decree on "parasites".

"There are people who are indignant and are ready to protest. This call comes not from me, but from the others. They are ready to take to the Square. I'd add that if we don't solve the issue peacefully, by collection of signatures, such inhuman degrading conditions will just force us take it to the Square," – Mikalai Charnavus said to journalists.
