"Decree On Land": Lukashenka’s Last Convulsions
MIKALAI AUTUKHOVICH

The dictator must be shoved out.

One of the leaders of sole traders and a former political prisoner Mikalai Autukhovich said so in his interview to charter97.org, commenting on the results of the meeting to change the law on seizure and allocation of land plots, which the Belarusian dictator held yesterday:

– Lukashenka is clearly short of money, so he is looking for sources of income by hedge or by stile. Now he is trying to sell land to foreigners. This "Decree on Land" is just stupidity, some kind of czarist rule, Lukashenka is doing God knows what. He must be shoved out.

Lukashenka’s recent decrees are just agony, the robbery of Belarusians. He says that he allegedly does it for the sake of the economy, and in sober fact he takes away people’s last, people slide into poverty. To improve the quality of people’s life – this is an indicator of a welfare state, and not how much money and how many residences the ruler has got.

All the today's dictator’s decrees, edicts remind the last convulsions, he realizes that the swings of people’s discontent are swinging, they cannot be stopped.

Unfortunately, for some time Lukashenka will be issuing such decrees, trying to "tighten the nuts."

– Being a leader of sole traders, you often have to deal with tax and state authorities. If to judge by their work, can you say that the dictator’s power has staggered?

– I would like to touch on the theme of the tax authorities, which do not want to take people’s complaints today. Tax officials want to take away money from the people, but they do not want to leave any traces.

When you come to a tax inspection with a claim, they tell you to leave it and they refuse to register it, although they are obliged.

The tax authorities are even not responding sole traders, although they have to respond to a claim or a complaint within one month. If a claim is not registered, they say, "we did not get anything." Therefore, sole traders send only registered letters to the tax authorities. Obviously, the tax authorities do not want to leave any traces of the lawlessness, which they are doing. They understand that Lukashenka demands to take money from people illegally.

We make them register our claims, and the tax officials are shaking, not knowing what to do, because they understand that the government will be changed and they will have to answer for their actions. Lustration is inevitable – it is 100%.

There is a book "Lustration for Belarus", we make its copies and send them out to police chiefs. Let them realize that the government will be changed and they will have to answer for their actions.
