Absolutely No Money: Lukashenka Deprived His Sports Club Of Tax Benefits

Football club "Dinamo-Minsk" will pay full taxes to the treasury.

The Resolution №255 of the Minsk City "Council of Deputies" of 21/12/2016 "On establishing the coefficients to rates of property tax and land tax and Invalidating certain decisions of the Minsk City Council of Deputies," has came into force from January 13, 2017, the magazine Chief Accountant reports.

Among other things, this decision provides for the shortening of the list of physical culture and sports organizations which are subject to sponsorship, giving the right for a reduced coefficient of the property tax rate.

The list doesn't include now Lukashenka's sports club, the football club "Dinamo-Minsk", the cycling club "Minsk", public institutions (clubs) for physical culture and sports in game sports and other organizations of physical culture and sports, which property is owned by the city of Minsk.

Reduced coefficient of 1.0 to the property tax rate will apply only to the organizations providing free (sponsor) aid to Belarus National Olympic Committee representation in Minsk in accordance with the legislation.
