Ukrainian Activist Not Allowed To Enter Belarus On Order From Moscow

One of the leaders of Ukrainian activists has been included on the no-entry list at the request of the Russian side.

Sergey Zamilyuhin (wearing a black t-shirt in the photo) believes that Belarus has become a hostage of the union state agreement between Moscow and Minsk, belsat.eu writes.

On the New Year’s eve, Sergey Zamilyuhin went from Kiev to Homel, to his mother and father in law. His wife and daughter were waiting for him there. When crossing the border, it emerged that the leader of the nationalists was on the so-called "black list". The supervising border guard explained to Zamilyuhin that he had been placed there at the Russian side’s request.

"In light of recent statements by the president of Belarus on neutrality and improving relations with Ukraine and the West, what happened in the evening of the 30th, was like a bolt from the blue," – Sergey Zamilyuhin comments on his unsuccessful attempt to enter Belarus.

It is to be recalled that in November 2015, Belarus and Russia’s agreement on mutual recognition of bans on entry came into effect. Some experts believe that such a decision harms the image of our country and puts into question its independence.

Sergey Zamilyuhin stands for the unification of all the patriots of the country, regardless of the language they speak.
