Try To Change Something Right Now

Fan of Shakhtar Donetsk, ATO warrior, candidate of historical sciences Vitaliy Ovcharenko addressed to Belarusians.

The address was made on the eve of the Outraged Belarusians’ March 2.0, which is to be held in Minsk on October 21.

Charter97.org quotes the text of the Ukrainian fan’s message:

“Hello, Belarus!

My name is Vitaliy Ovcharenko. I am from Donetsk. Now I live in Kyiv and I have something to tell you, our neighbours.

Dear Belarusians! Don’t be afraid to come out to squares and protest. Don’t be afraid to stand for your values. Try to change something right now, so that you will not have to suffer painfully in some 10-15-20 years. To suffer painfully because you have missed the chances that you had.

The nearest weekend provides you yet another chance to prove to the authorities that you are a nation. Try. Keep trying, and you will break this authoritarian wall sooner or later. Long Live Belarus! Glory to Ukraine!”

The Belarusian-Ukrainian sportive solidarity.
