Almost two years ago, young Smirnous family with a small son moved from Vitsebsk region to Brest region. Viktar was offered a job in the OJSC Ivatsevichy-Ahratekhservis, an agricultural enterprise, svaboda.org reports.

"I came here to meet with the deputy director, who heads the branch in the village of Volia. He promised that my salary would be five hundred rubles or more in summer. And about 300 – in winter. I even asked him several times whether there would be such amounts. The deputy confirmed that, besides, he was there with the director. But eventually everything turned out exactly the opposite."

Viktar Smirnou keeps all the payslips from the agricultural enterprise. It can be seen that for the last month of last year, his salary was 80 rubles. The maximum one was in April, 2017 – 445 rubles.

"I work as a driver of a 20-ton MAZ. But within the year, there have been only two months when my earnings were more than 300 rubles – this month and in October 2016. At the same time I work for 300 hours. This is a double norm, but these hours just disappear somewhere. It is impossible to prove anything, because in the end all is order at accountants’ office," – Viktar says.

The Ivatsevichy-Ahratekhservis management refuses to comment on this subject. The newly appointed enterprise director says that he does not have full information yet. Vasil Nazaranka, the head of the agricultural branch in Volia, which is part of Ivatsevichy-Ahratekhservis, who, according to Viktar Smirnou, invited him to work, has said that this worker is not his subordinate:

"This is not my employee. He does not work for us, but at the main production unit. Therefore, he does not belong to my subdivision. "

Viktar and Anastasiya are forced to look for another job and leave the village. But it requires new costs. The family claims that when they were moving from Vitsebsk region to Brest region, they spent about 12 million "old" rubles. They hoped that they would settle on one place and did not expect that they would face with deception and find themselves in such a situation.
