Colonel Uladzimir Satsyuk committed a serious car accident.

Uladzimir Satsyuk is 44 years old, he was born in Brest. In 1995 he graduated from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, in 2005 - the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus. In 2013 he graduated from the Academy of Management of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

Service in the Internal Affairs he began as the district police inspector of the Savetski police department in Minsk. He headed the Directorate for Law Enforcement and Crime Prevention of the Minsk City Executive Committee.

In 2006 he was appointed the head of the public security of the Savetski Department of the Interior Ministry of Minsk. In 2008 he headed the Directorate for Law Enforcement and Crime Prevention of the Republic of Belarus.

Uladzimir Satsyuk has been taking the position of Deputy Head of the Interior Ministry of the Hrodna Regional Executive Committee since late December 2009.

It will be recalled that on November 28 Andrei Valkavytski, the head of the Baranavichy traffic police, ran over and killed a woman at the pedestrian crossing.
