At some state enterprises, people get 150-160 Belarusian rubles. Women in low-skilled positions receive 50-60 Belarusian rubles. Workers engaged in building and construction earn about 220-250 rubles. If your salary reaches 500 rubles, then you are already a middle class. At the same time, employers often deceive workers, promising one amount while transferrin something completely different on the workers' accounts.

There's a huge staff turnover, since even with such low salaries, mass reductions are carried out. As a result, there are a lot of alcoholics in the factories, who increase the number of accidents in the workplace, constantly losing different parts of their bodies. There's unemployment and it is a serious problem. Many leave for work in the neighboring countries, often choosing Poland over Russia. As always, vegetable gardens and subsidiary farms appear to be helpful. Most pensioners are trying to find a job (many have a pension of about 300 rubles, or even less), as long as there are strength and health. After all, they have to help their children and grandchildren.

State for the people of the 80th level, as they say. It is clear now why the authorities are trying to imitate reforms in the private employment and business in recent years. It was not possible to create jobs by decrees. And the majority of the electorate already applies selective obscenities not only in relation to the plant director, but also to the main author of the "socially-oriented state."
