Minsk Builder: Lukashenka, If You Can’t Cope With Your Job – Quit

The ruler only moves officials from one lucrative job to another.

The editor’s officve of the website Charter97.org received the letter from the worker of the SU-25 at MinskPromStroy, who had previously addressed due to non-payment of salaries and travel expenses after the trip to the town of Tula, Russia. Back then, the workers received their money due to the operative reaction of the Charter97.org:

“On October 30, 2017 I got a call from Head of the HR department of the SU-25 at MinsPromStroy. Instead of telling me where to go to work, he informed I was fired and could come and take my work record book, already executed in due course. Okay. If I am fired, where’s my FS on the day of dismissal?

Moreover, there is the Labour Code of Belarus, Article 77, which provides clear instructions.

Time passed, but no settlement was made or got any closer. A question arises — under which grounds? I call the accounting department of the SU-25, and they forward the call from one office to another, with no result.

Lukashenka, if you cannot cope with your job, cannot put the country in order, clean up your kitchengarden, then give this kitchengarden away to somebody else, a more capable master. For the whole period of your rule, I haven’t noticed anything good that you did for the country, I only see how you move the government from one lucrative job to another.

The SU-25 at MinskPromStroy is a vivid example of the above — the bosses do what they want , break the law and bear no responsibility for that.

I don’t worry about the dismissal, I am a specialist and there’s enough work for me at any enterprise. I want to turn attention to the repeated lawlessness against the workers at the enterprise. They fired me because I brought their lawlessness to the light,” — the Minsker wrote.
