According to the People's Deputy of Ukraine, we can talk about the friendship between the countries, but not about the friendship with the Belarusian dictator.

Alexander Bryhynets, the Ukrainian politician, whom in 2014, Belarus recognized as persona non grata, reported that on Facebook.

"Surprised by arrests in Belarus? Perhaps you did not know that de jure Belarus and Russia are a common confederative state, and de facto they have common secret services (I was deported from Belarus by the Kremlin’s order) and their armies are merging into one," – he wrote.

Bryhynets adds that Ukraine has no business being both in Belarus and in Russia. In his opinion, one can talk about the friendship between the countries, but not about the friendship with Belarusian ruler Lukashenka.

"We all have no business being either in Russia or in Belarus, we can talk about friendship between our countries, but we should remember that Lukashenka is most certainly not our friend. By the way, do you remember the voting in the UN?" – the politician reminded about the UN vote regarding the rights of the Crimean Tatars in the occupied Crimea, when Belarus voted against the Ukrainian project.
