Mikalai Statkevich: It Seems That "Sort Of President" Has Hard Feelings About His Flop In Brussels

Belarusian National Congress Leader Mikalai Statkevich received another summons to the court and commented on it on his Facebook page:

"I had hardly served the 10 days for the interview after the last arrest before they decided to try me again for the "call on Facebook" to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Freedom Day on March 25.

I will also be tried for the rally The Chain Of Memory with candles near the KGB. My wife has already been tried for this today, but the judge did not say the verdict to the human rights defenders. Obviously, they wouldn’t drop the charges.

It seems that our "sort of a president" has got hard feelings about his flop in Brussels.

But, as my mother used to say: "Hurt people get the short end."
