The Russian Defense Ministry is bringing companies from the Crimea to the Belarusian market.

The Crimean company Bud Info Service, which handled the barracks and housing facilities of the Russiaт Ministry of Defense on the territory of Belarus in 2016-2017, claims to this contract again, zautra.by writes.

According to the data posted on the website of the Unified Information System for state procurement, Bud Info Service is one of two applicants for a contract for "providing full maintenance of barracks and housing stock of military camps belonging to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation located on the territory of the Republic of Belarus in 2017-2018." They plan to allocate a minimum of 167.1 million Russian rubles (about 2.8 million dollars) to these purposes from the federal budget.

Bidding took place in late October. Bud Info Service wants 164.5 million Russian rubles for its services, the Kaliningrad company BaltStroyServis, which competes with it, wants 166.2 million Russian rubles. However, the tender commission of the Ministry of Defense of Russia has not yet made the final decision.

It is noted under the customer's conditions that the winner of the auction should ensure the operation of water supply and sewerage networks (including the cost of cold water, hot water and sanitation services), operation and maintenance of water supply and sewerage facilities, electric grid facilities, outdoor lighting systems, heat generating facilities (including the cost of coal, firewood and salt supply) and heat network systems, as well as the maintenance of barracks and housing facilities.

We remind you that Bud Info Service was the winner of an electronic auction for providing handling of the barracks fund of the Russian Defense Ministry on the territory of Belarus in 2016-2017. For this, a more significant amount of 330.7 million Russian rubles (about 5.3 million dollars) was allocated from the federal budget.

According to the website of the Bud Info Service, Dmitry Olishevich is the owner of this company. In 2009 he graduated from the National Academy of Environmental and Resort Construction with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering, qualified as a civil engineer, and in 2012 he graduated from the Kharkov State Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, qualified as a legal adviser.

Dmitry Olishevich has the honorary title Honored Builder of Russia. As noted in the presentation of the Bud Info Service, "the enterprise performs activities in the field of handling and technical maintenance of property facilities, construction, current and major repairs on the territory of the Crimea, the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and other republics friendly to the Russian Federation."
