They have access to the database and can make a request containing the number on the registration plate of the car, even if the documents were "forgotten" at home. Moreover, this database operates in online mode, so every car leaving the diagnostic station gets into it almost instantly.

We remind, that this month the traffic police strengthened control over transport in order to prevent accidents caused by improper technical condition of cars and other equipment.
