Use alternative DNS servers! There are a lot of possibilities, but we'd like to recommend you Google public DNS. The method also suits users outside Belarus. Our site can sometimes be unavailable outside Belarus due to peculiarities of our website security.
Note that some ISPs ban forbid their clients to use alternative DNS servers.
Why not change your ISP in this case?
To change DNS settings in Windows 7 and Windows 8, go to Network and Sharing Center. To do it, right click on the network icon in the right bottom corner:
Select Network and Sharing Center. This window will open:
Click Change adapter settings.
Right click on the connection you want to configure. Select Properties:
Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) in the list of items and double left click on it. In the Properties window, select Use the following DNS server addresses and write 184.108.40.206 for Preferred DNS server and 220.127.116.11 for Alternative DNS server. Click OK.
