One of Provocateurs While Speech of the OSCE Representative in Minsk Detained

A detainee was taken to the Police Department of the Leninski district of the capital.

On the evening of 15 February the police detained at least one of participants of the protest in the Belarusian Foreign Ministry, when young people disrupted a speech by the Special Representative of the OSCE in the tripartite contact group on Ukraine Martin Saidik.

BelaPAN informs referring to an official representative of the GUVD of the Minsk City Executive Committee Aliaksandr Lastouski.

A detainee was taken to the Police Department of the Leninski district of the capital. Details about other participants of the action are unknown.

It will be recalled that Saidik came to the press after other round of talks. At the same time, two young men and two young women, activist of Other Russia Party (former National Bolshevik Party) and started shouting slogans "Hands off Donbass!", "Poroshenko is a killer!" and "Donbass for Russia!". They also dispersed leaflets saying that talks in Minsk did not make a difference. Saidik temporarily left the press-conference room.

In his special address Belarusian Foreign Minister called in a deliberate provocation aimed at breakdown in negotiations.
