New Ambassador of Ukraine Appointed To Belarus

The position has been vacant since April 2015.

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko appointed Igor Kizima Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Belarus. The text of the relevant decree posted on the official website of the President of Ukraine, Radio Svaboda reports.

Prior to his appointment to Belarus, Igor Kizima worked as an advisor at the Ukrainian Embassy in the UK.

The position of the Ambassador of Ukraine has been vacant since April 2015, when Mihail Ezhel was recalled.
