Activist Viachaslau Kasinerau has been detained in Minsk. He is accused that he allegedly threw a string on the neck of the recently opened monument to the policeman in Haradski Val street. The human rights center Viasna informs that a criminal case has been opened against him.

A video about this action appeared on the Internet. It notes that its organizers came out "against the police repression." Some time ago Kasinerau was connected to the case of graffiti artists.
