The Minsk’s Magnit developer has to lash out on the construction of a gymnastics center.

The Iranian company Keison is to allocate 1 million dollars for the construction of the Olympic Training Center for Rhythmic Gymnastics in Minsk. This is stated in Decree No. 119 of April 12, 2017, tut.by reports.

The money is to have been transferred to the Belarusian budget by the end of 2017. Keison has the right to attribute them to costs of construction of the multifunctional complex near the National Library.

The assistance for the sports facility construction is a kind of a fee for extending the terms of completion of the Minsk’s Magnit construction for 2 years. The object has to be delivered before the end of 2018.

The initial decree allows prolonging a number of preferences for the construction of the facility and avoiding the withdrawal of the site.

According to the document, Keison also "has the right to conclude, in accordance with the established procedure, agreements for the creation of facilities for the joint funding of construction of the complex."

In 2014, Aliaksandr Lukashenka extended the deadlines for the construction of the Iranians. Then the bribe was $ 2 million to erect a new building of the Supreme Court.

In 2009, Lukashenka by his decree approved for the Belarusian "daughter" of Keison, the company "Belpars", the terms of construction of the complex at the intersection of Independence Avenue and Kalinouski street, which includes an "A" class business complex, a hotel, an underground parking lot, a shopping center, a supermarket, an entertainment center, a cinema, a fitness center, a food court. The object, named Minsk’s Magnet, was supposed to be completed by the end of 2013. However, the West's sanctions against Iran and a number of other factors didn’t allow the project to get implemented within the established timeframe.
