The dictator has told how he is going to train the young specialists.
“We need to drag students to the field, to the lathes etc., since the first year. This is how they will realize what the future has in store for them, straightaway. Because, when they see all this in 5 years, they leave. And we spent money on them. We should teach them three years in the universities, and in the fourth year - at the production facilities.
Two hours in a classroom – and then go to the field, to the lathes.
A diploma is not some kind of a pass, we should not let universities accept too many students. They graduate these crowds of political scientists, social scientists, everyone is sick of them. I recognize them by their names. Both in the opposition and in this hall. Why do we need so many higher educational establishments and so many political-and-social scientists?”
