Lukashenka Reshuffles MIA

Personnel appointments were carried out in the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Belarus.

The Interior Administrations of Brest and Vitsebsk regional executive committees got new heads. According to BELTA, the Brest police was headed by police colonel Aliaksandr Astreika (he used to be Deputy Head of the Interior Administration of Minsk Regional Executive Committee), and the Vitsebsk police was headed by police colonel Ivan Kubrakou (previously, he took the position of the head of the public security police in Minsk).

Maxim Mironau headed the Department for Providing Operational and Investigative Activities.
