Domracheva Secretly Gets Another Plot Of Land On Minsk Sea Shore

Lukashenka’s favourite intends to build a tennis court and a pier leading directly to the house.

Last year, Darya Domracheva’s villa on the shore of the Minsk Sea was completed. It seemed that the famous biathlete was about to hold the housewarming party. However, Darya has not moved to the new house so far. The territory around the house is not yet landscaped. In addition, the works are still in progress on the plot of 0,8 hectares which divides the coastal zone and the adjacent territory of the villa - the athlete received it for the development, tut.by writes.

— Two hundred dump trucks of sand were brought here, no less! - the two men who mow lawns near the athlete’s house say. - Dasha here is going to build a tennis court and a pier leading directly to the house, so that the boats will swim. So what? We think she deserves this - she is an honourable Hero of Belarus. And who else in our sport is as prominent as Darya? No one! Let her build what she wants, she deserves it.

We remind, the house of the triple Olympic champion Darya Domracheva, designed for her by her brother, architect Mikita Domrachev - is located on the first coastline of the Minsk Sea. From the house to the water with a narrow sandy beach there is still a decent distance. This very plot, not counting some fifty meters from the water itself (this part is part of the water protection zone - edit), has changed markedly compared to last spring. It is obvious that sand was indeed brought here.

To clarify who is actually building what here, we called chief architect of the Minsk region Vadzim Nikalaenka.

— Darya Domracheva was indeed allocated a piece of land here, 0,8 Ha, for the development, — Vadzim Nikalaenka told. — Previously, this site was considered for palcement of an investment project with recreation zones. Then this idea was given up upon the pleas of the locals. They wanted to live in a quiet peaceful place. In the end, it was decided to allocate plots of land only for building accommodation facilities in Laparavichy.

Vadzim Nikalaenka said that Darya Domracheva had a project for the improvement of the territory. According to it, there will be tennis and volleyball courts and a pond at the site, the adjacent territory will be put in order.

Darya Domracheva carries out all the works on the improvement of the territory at her own expense. One can only guess how much it will cost to implement the project. Only the flooring of the tennis court can cost more than 100 thousand dollars, not to mention the whole territory.
