Lukashenka Regime One of the Largest Arms Seller in the World

Belarus takes the 18th position among the arms exporters on the planet.

Chairman of the State Military-Industrial Committee Siarhei Huruleu told in Kontury TV program: "We take only the 18th position in the list. A small country which is in the top 25. There are more than 100 countries in the list."

According to Huruleu, within a year Belarus sold abroad arms at $1 billion. The closest ties are with Russia and China. The domestic industry is guided by the armaments that are needed by the Belarusian army and are in demand on the foreign market.

By the way, today the 8th International Exhibition of Weapons and Technology MILEX will be closed in Minsk. About 80 domestic enterprises and organizations presented their products there.
