Yesterday, Vorsha District Executive Committee chairman Leanid Penkouski was already healthy and took part in the government meeting that was held in Vorsha district.

Though, he did not give interviews and stayed out of the public eye. His deputy Siarhei Patz was carrying the can for the local authorities.

However, there is a photo with Leanid Penkouski on the government's website. It is he who is holding on to the car, belaruspartisan.org writes.

There are no new details of why the new Vorsha head suddenly disappeared, so that the law enforcement authorities asked permission from the region's leadership (or vice versa) to break into his house to check what happened.
