Honored Master of Sports Andrei Astashevich was elected First Vice President of the NOC. The rector of the Belarusian State University of Physical Culture, deputy chairman of the Belarusian Handball Federation Siarhei Repkin, chairman of the Belarusian Ice Hockey Federation Siamion Shapira became Vice-presidents of the National Olympic Committee.

Zmitser Baskou, Valiantsin Baravok, Zmitser Pinevich, Siarhei Rumas, Ivan Tikhan, Liubou Cherkashyna, Yury Shautsou, Aleh Shepel, Anton Yuspa are also included in the new executive committee of the NOC.

The participants of the Olympic Assembly chose the three-time Olympic champion in freestyle wrestling Aliaksandr Medved, Olympic champions in discus throwing Ellina Zverava and fencer Aliaksandr Ramankou honorary members of the National Olympic Committee.
