Minsker Pulls Down Pants Before Tanks During Parade Rehearsal

(updated) An unusual incident occurred during one of the rehearsals of the parade in Minsk.

At Arlouka, not far from the Victory Park, an unknown man probably decided that action is better than words when it’s needed to demonstrate one’s attitude to something, kyky.org writes.

When a column of military vehicles was moving alongside the street, he bravely approached the machines and pulled his pants down with a quick move of the hand.

Literally in 40 seconds, a traffic police officer noticed the unknown man, but, judging from the slow movement of the policeman, he didn’t understand what was going on at once. Having seen the approaching traffic police officer, the man pulled his trousers back and decided to demonstrate jogging, ending with dances, to the policeman. It all ended with the man hitting the policeman in the face with his fist and retrieving.

– The illegal actions were stopped by the officer of the Minsk traffic police, – deputy head of the municipal administration of the interior of Minsk city executive committee Colonel Mikhail Hryb told. – At present moment, a criminal case was started against the citizen under Part 1 of Article 339 (“Hooliganism”) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus. The article prescribes punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to 3 years. The man is detained.
