Eyewitnesses reported strange actions of the unknown on Kastrychnitskaya Square.

nn.by readers sent a video of the events that took place on Kastrychnitskaya Square in Minsk on July 7: that day a man tried to escape from police officers after cutting his throat.

As eyewitnesses reported, the man was inadequate – he was performing push-ups, running, dancing, shouting something.

The police appeared in a couple of minutes, and in a few minutes the doctors arrived as well.
