Who does get an average salary in the country?

The Belstat announces an increase in the average salary in June - 819.3 rubles across the country.

"Seasonality, of course, affects it. If there is a quarterly month, there are bonuses. There are bonuses also in the New Year," the Belsat explains the reason for growth in salaries.

Euroradio.by explored the issue of average salaries in the country.

Henadz, worker, service engineer at the Tractor Details and Units Plant in Babruisk.

"For several years the salary has not increased, I do not even remember it. The salary does not depend on the season at all. I have been working as service engineer for 20 years, last time I got about 500 rubles. Now I work full day and all five days a week. I have some bonuses for experience."

The average salary in industry, according to Belstat, is 899 rubles.

Natallia Mikhailauna, milkmaid, Ivanava district, Brest region.

"We work from six to ten in the morning. This time is spent only to milk cows. Salary depends on the amount of milk and on its quality. We have "euro" and "extra" milk. My salary was 580 rubles in June. The salary does not depend on the season. Almost all the time the amount of milk is the same. "

The average salary was 590.9 rubles in agriculture in June.

Ivan, teacher, Babruisk.

"Salaries have not grown for lang, we take some miserable bonuses. Somehow the payment system is to be changed, high bonuses are promised. My last salary equaled to 740 rubles."

The average salary of a teacher is 565.5 rubles.

Pavel, head foreman, Minsk.

"Salary depends on the season. That is, the volume of concrete poured, for example, decreases in the winter, so salaries are lower. My salary is 1050 rubles, ordinary builders earn about 1000 rubles".

An average salary in the construction sphere is 880.3.

Aliaksandr, engineer-designer, Minsk.

"The salary of 1000 rubles is high. I earn 1200-1300 rubles. It does not depend on the season, but most like on an enterprise (public or private). A public one may not adjust a salary if it even gains profit."

Nastya, architect, Minsk.

"Our salary depends on orders. If projects are suspended, they are not paid for. My salary is about 1400 rubles. It depends on the season, of course. In summer people leave and do not think about repairs."

The average salary grows in the summer every year. So, last June, a salary grew by 20 rubles (from 718 to 738 rubles). In last August the salary rose by 12 rubles up to 750 rubles.

But last September the salary dropped again to 732 rubles and in November was as high as in May. Similar changes were in 2015 and in 2014.
