Companies Where Belarusians Work For No More Than "Thank You" Revealed

How many organizations owe on loans for the payment of wages and what amounts they owe.

Loan debt of organizations, taken to pay wages, amounted to 156.7 million rubles as of May 1, tut.by reports with reference to the National Bank. This amount is equal to 7.1% of the wage fund accrued for the month. For comparison: as of April 1, the debt was 165.8 million rubles.

The highest share of debt has formed in the organizations of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction (76.9% of the accrued wage fund), the Ministry of Industry (10.5%), Bellegprom (39.1%) and Bellesbumprom (15%) concerns.

These organizations were among the ones that had past-due wage debt last year.

We remind that the last time Belstat published information on the past-due wage debts of enterprises in May last year.

We also remind, that the indebted enterprises were not allowed to hire foreigners for work last year.
