Former Police Chief Shoots Himself Dead In Vushachy

Uladzimir Shkindzer made a shot with improvised weapons.

As nn.by found out, in Vushachy, former head of the local police department Uladzimir Shkindzer shot himself dead in his own house.

According to preliminary information, this happened on July 1, he allegedly made a shot with self-made weapons.

It should be noted that Shkindzer quit the police about 10 years ago, recently he was the chairman of the local association of veterans.

"He was a quiet man, since he had left the service, he paid almost no attention to himself. He had a large household," — the former colleagues said.

The current officers of the local police advised to apply to the Investigatory Committee for details, but they have not commented on this case yet.
