The Dictator to Belarusians: Take a Shovel and Rush to Work

The dictator promised to "find out every parasite".

"We will find out every reason why a person does not work: those who can't work, don't want to, and hand over a shovel and make him work. No offense!", Lukashenka has stated today looking through the social and development plan of Brest, BelTA reports.

According to the dictator, a "class of the unemployed" should not be created in Belarus.

"People must work. The so-called the class of the unemployed cannot be created. If we involve them in socially useful labour, we will create this class and it will increase in number. It is unacceptable," Lukashenka said.

The ruler stresses that everyone must work. "Of course, there is a small persantage of people who are not useful at all. We will use specific methods. There are people who can, but screw off, the dictator pointed out. - These people should be put in such conditions to make them work."

It will be recalled that on August 3 Lukashenka, when listening to the report on demographic situation and the promotion of employment, said that an updated Decree No. 3 would appear by October 1.

The scandalous decree on "parasitism" was amended this January. A special interdepartmental working group which included heads of many departments, as well as scientists was created to develop a new concept of Decree No. 3.

Now proposals for new approaches to Decree No. 3 developed by a special interdepartmental working group are being agreed upon in the Lukashenka administration.
