Viachaslau Kasinerau: Freedom To Dzmitry Palienka!

Solidarity must be stronger than prison grids and injustice.

This is th Former political prisoner Viachaslau Kasinerau wrote that on his Facebook page, commenting on the correspondence with political prisoner Dzmitry Palienka, who is behind bars:

"Despite the bars and thousands of injustices, your friend still has the opportunity to congratulate you. Freedom to Dzmitry Palienka!"

We remind that on October 12, 2016, participant of the "Critical Mass" cycle event Dzmitry Palienka was sentenced to two years with a suspension. The Tsentralny District Court of Minsk found him guilty of "attacking a policeman".

On April 7, 2017, the Zavadski District Court of Minsk canceled the suspension of the public activist’s punishment. Dzmitry Palienka was taken to serve his 2-year sentence from the courthouse. Human rights activists recognized Dzmitry Palienka as a political prisoner.
