Andrei Aramnau: I Earned Bn 96 For Last Month

The Olympic champion in Beijing 2008 spoke about his salary.

Weightlifter Andrei Aramnau, the Olympic champion of Beijing 2008, said that last month he received only Bn 96 as a salary. He revealed this sum in a comment for the sports newspaper Pressball.

"Do you know how much I earned last month? It was Bn 96. Not 960— 96. Why? Because I have such a salary. They always deduct some penalties, expenses... The old loop is still on me. They confiscated my car, and I have many other problems as well. I can’t forget them, get back to normal. If I hadn’t been an Olympic champion, I would have never worked it all out,” — the weightlifter complained.

Besides, it was reported the other day that the legendary fighter Alexander Medved received a pension of Bn 130. He has three league titles at the Olympics and seven golden medals at the world championships on his account.
