BNC: We Call On All Supporters Of Changes To Join March Of Disgruntled Belarusians

Belarusians can win not only information campaigns.

Mikalai Statkevich, one of the leaders of the Belarusian National Congress, summed up the results of the information campaign during the West-2017 exercises and called on the supporters of changes to take to Kastrychnitskaya Square in Minsk on October 21 at 14.00.

The politician wrote about it on his Facebook page.

The Rada discussed the results of the swing of the Belarusian National Congress campaign "Power to the People!", which reflected the reaction of the Belarusian society to the threat of the presence of foreign troops in Belarus.

The Rada believes that the last stage of the campaign has reached its goals. The information campaign launched by the BNC, the pickets on June 22 and July 7, the demonstrations on July 3 and September 8 drew the attention of the Belarusian and international public to the West-2017 exercises, their threats to peace and stability in the region, and to the sovereignty and security of our country.

The information campaigns forced the organizers of dangerous military games to make public excuses regarding their "peaceful" intentions. Thus, we have won the most important - informational - component of the hybrid conflict, into which our country was drawn. It significantly reduced the likelihood of developing negative scenarios.

The Rada decides to start the next stage of the "Power to the People!" campaign dedicated to protecting the political and social rights of citizens. We confirm the decision to hold the March of Disgruntled Belarusians 2.0 on Kastrychnitskaya Square in Minsk on October 21 at 14.00. We call upon everyone who wants changes to take part in the March.
