Belarus Increases Tariffs For Oil Transportation

The decision comes into force on February 1.

The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade set tariffs for oil transportation services through trunk pipelines located on the territory of Belarus.

This is stipulated by the Resolution of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade No. 4 of January 15, 2018, which is now officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal, BelTA informs.

The document sets tariffs for oil transportation services through the main pipelines of the OJSC Homeltransneft Druzhba located on the territory of Belarus.

In particular, the tariff for 1 ton net (excluding the value added tax) amounts to 307.19 Russian rubles along the route of Unecha (Vysokaye) – Adamava Zastava, and to 131.95 Russian rubles along the route of Unecha (Vysokaye) – Brody.

Tariffs for the transportation of oil through the trunk pipelines of the OJSC Homeltransneft Druzhba on the territory of Belarus were established for settlements in Belarusian rubles.

In particular, the tariff for 1 ton net (excluding the value added tax) amounts to Br0.55 along the route of Rechytsa – the Mozyr Oil Refinery, to Br8,13 for Rechytsa – Adamova Zastava, to Br0, 47 for Rechytsa – the line operations dispatcher station Mozyr, to Br1,16 for Rechytsa – Brody.

The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade also set tariffs for oil transportation services through the main pipelines of the OJSC Homeltransneft Druzhba and the OJSC Polatsktransneft Druzhba on the territory of Belarus when making settlements in foreign currency in cases stipulated by the Belarusian legislation.

In particular, the tariff for 1 ton net (excluding the value added tax) amounts to 37.51 Russian rubles along the route of Nevel – Polatsk – the Open Joint-Stock Company Naftan, to 144 Russian rubles along the route of Unecha (Vysokaye) – Polatsk – the OJSC Naftan, to 65.47 Russian rubles along the route of Unecha (Vysokaye) – Mozyr – the Mozyr Oil Refinery. The resolution comes into force on February 1, 2018.
