The man was detained in May 2017, when he received a bribe of $ 500. According to the investigation, he repeatedly received from an acquaintance values in exchange for information from the enterprise. Those data helped certain parties to form a winning bid for bidding, and 10% of the amount paid for the products later went into the pocket of the department head.
