"Deputy" told about nuances of updated Decree. No. 3.

Unemployed Belarusians of working age will have to pay in full for services subsidized from the budget, Tamara Krasouskaya, the chairman of the Standing Committee on Labour and Surveys of the "House of Representatives", told Zvyazda speaking of amendments made in Decree No. 3. The definitive list of such services will be developed by the government in the first quarter of 2018 year.

According to her, this list may involve gas and electricity services. At the same time, Belarusians who are unemployed, but suffer problems will not be subject to payment.

- We have noticed that employers are reluctant to hire university and college graduates without an experience, as well as women who have just got back from childcare leave. Special regional commissions should be introduced to help with employment. It will include deputies of all levels, representatives of housing and utility services, departments of Internal Affairs, education sphere and labour exchange.

Tamara Krasouskaya added that regions could not be compared to Minsk with thousands of vacations. Territories with a tense situation in the market should be defined. The list should be approved annually. The way out is to create new jobs, retraining of specialists and stimulation of self-employment. A single data base of people unemployed is also required.

- Cooperation of public bodies is important, the chairman says. - The data base should be updated monthly. ID-cards, which are likely to be imposed next year, will help to reveal unemployed people.
