She bought the “gift set” at a local store for 89 Russian rubles (about $ 1.35). It is planned to increase the subsistence minimum for pensioners in the region for this particular amount, the Civil Patrol human rights organization reports on its VKontakte page. Pensioner handed the gift to a Ministry employee.
The budget of the subsistence minimum of a pensioner in Novosibirsk will be 8,814 rubles (about $ 135) in 2019. In Belarus, the pensioner's minimum budget is Br 157.5 (almost two times less than in Russia).
