Have kindergartens been transferred to the bread and water in Mahiliou?

A Mahiliou reader addressed to the editorial board of Charter97.org:

– Good day. I live in Mahiliou and my child goes to kindergarten. It turned out yesterday that the Lenin Department of Education had not paid for food to the school food factory. In kindergartens, they really don’t know what to do: whether to downsize the portions, or to collect money from the parents. I have not heard such a wake-up call from the authorities for a long time.

I learned that somewhere on Wednesday, there was a meeting in the education department of the Leninski district (in the district executive committee) where the heads of kindergartens were called, and where information was voiced that the executive committee had not paid to the suppliers of products and that it was a need to get out of the situation.

Already on Friday, at least in one garden (No. 11), children in older groups were transferred to meals according to the recipe of nursery groups, and these are smaller portions and poorer in meat. It’s not clear yet what will happen next, – the reader writes.
