The scope of a base fee is to grow in Belarus since January 1. This indicator will reach BYN 25,5. The increase of a base fee in envisaged in the Resolution of the Council of Ministers dated December 27, 2018 #956, the press-center of the government reports.

The last time it was raised was on January 1, 2018 – from BYN 23 to BYN 24,5.

With the growth of the base fee, some payments (benefits, scholarships) will grow, but fines will also increase.

A base fee is an economic indicator that determines the abstract value of the purchasing power of money, which is not related to the assessment of specific material or intangible goods.
