Lukashenka: Local "Deputies" Can Have Sway Over "Parasites"

The powers of the local authorities to implement Decree No. 1 will be expanded.

The implementation of Decree No. 1 will be decided by the so-called "deputies" of the local "councils". Lukashenka said that during the meeting with workers of the yeast plant and the sugar refinery in Slutsk today, BelTA informs.

"I'm more and more loading district, city "councils of deputies" so that they solve urgent issues together with the district and city executive committee chairmen," – he said.

"After all, deputies on the ground know the situation better than others and can have sway over "parasites" and those leading immoral way of life," – the ruler said.
