Ensign Throws Shovel At Soldier's Back Near Vitsebsk

The soldier's spleen ripped.

Nasha Niva became aware of the case that occurred during economic works at the Losvido training ground (13 km from Vitebsk) in August 2017.

Ensign of the 103rd separate Guards Airborne Brigade Paradnik S. threw a shovel at the back of a soldier. The soldier's spleen ripped from the hit, Ensign Paradnik was detained.

January 30, 2018 Vitsebsk district court sentenced the former ensign to 5 years in prison.

The verdict did not come into force, because the defense will appeal the verdict in the regional court.
