Act Against "Parasites" Prepared In Mahiliou

Officials will discuss the updated decree on "parasitism" in Mahiliou at the end of March.

The authorities intend to discuss measures to implement two decrees – the updated decree on "parasitism" and the one on the development of entrepreneurship – at the visiting session of the presidium of the "council of the republic" in Mahiliou from March 27 to 28. The documents will be discussed "taking into account the tasks set by the president in the report of the government, the National Bank, the regional executive committees and the Minsk city executive committee," tut.by reports.

– We will talk about creating the necessary legal conditions to implement the decrees in full, taking into account the set tasks for creating new high-performing jobs, attracting investments, increasing labor productivity and other," – the press service of the republic's council reports.

Members of the "council of the republic", representatives of the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Labor, the Mahiliou Region Executive Committee and the Mahiliou City Executive Committee, heads of large local industrial enterprises, chairmen of the regional "councils of deputies" will take part in the meeting.

A working session on preparations for the V Forum of the regions of Belarus and Russia will also be held in Mahiliou.

We remind that on January 25, Lukashenka signed Decree No. 1.

The document does not specify who exactly of the Belarusians will be covered by the document, and it does not specify the list of services to be paid for at an economically justified tariff under the decree. It is to have been determined by the government by April 1.

Belarusians, who fall under Decree No. 1, are most likely to pay housing and communal services at an economically justified tariff. At the same time, there is no talk about the reimbursement of expenses for medical assistance, the Minister of Health Valer Malashka has already stated.
